Our home installation services offer a quick, efficient assembly service at your home to ensure that your item is built without any headaches giving you peace of mind and an afternoon off!

Our Installation service is easy to arrange, the correct level of installation required for each item is shown at checkout; simply add to basket and we will be in touch. Levels are dictated depending on the amount of work and time required. Our specialist installation team may pre-assemble some elements ahead of time to make the process even faster and less intrusive, we know kids just want to start playing not have to wait around!

Once your order has been processed a member of our specialist installation team will contact you within 14 days to arrange the date for your installation.

Installation charge only covers initial playset, any additional items or extra’s added to the order whether they are purchased at the Add Accessories & Assembly stage or at any other point in the ordering process will incur a further charge to assemble and install. You will be advised of this additional charge before installation takes place.

PLEASE NOTE: The service we provide is to assemble the product only, fitting ground anchors is not part of the assembly service, even if you have purchased the anchors from us you will be required to fit them once assembly has been finished and the fitter has left.

THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE IS ASSEMBLY ONLY: We do not do any groundwork of any kind; it is your responsibility to clear and prepare the chosen area in readiness for the fitter. If our fitter believes the area chosen for the trampoline or swing set is unsuitable, for example due to the ground being uneven, area needs clearing or is a steep slope we reserve the right to refuse to complete the assembly due to health and safety concerns. In these instances, you will still be charged for the installation in full.

If we are unable to provide the home installation service in your area, whether it is due to scheduling or availability of a fitter in your area, we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of this and issue a refund for the installation. If you have any questions regarding the availability of Home Installation in your area please contact customer service before placing your order. This service is dependent on the availability of the fitter and we reserve the right to cancel the service at any time without prior notice.

As much as we like to put our money where our mouth is and deliver the goods, we can’t actually deliver all orders, though we try! For some postcodes we have to use 3rd party couriers, they might not have our colourful vans but they’re still happy to help.

 

Let’s give you the low-down…

 

All delivery options at checkout refer to working days; working days are Monday through to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.

 

For example, if 48 Hour delivery is chosen and the order is placed on a Saturday the order will be shipped from our warehouse on Monday on a 24 – 48H service. Our order cut off time is 2pm, orders placed after will be moved on a day. Our warehouse staff start really early and we have to let them go home sometime!

 

All deliveries are classed as kerbside deliveries; meaning the courier is only contracted to deliver the item to the nearest kerbside at the address specified and not to enter your property, though the majority of deliveries are to the door. Larger items such as climbing frames will be delivered kerbside, they will come wrapped on a pallet due to their weight and you may need to be unpack the pallet to move your order after delivery, please keep this mind when ordering. This is to ensure the safety of the driver, the customer and the general public.

Our service doesn’t just end when we post your parcel. We want your shopping experience with us to end in satisfaction. Therefore, you will need to give us a daytime delivery address and make sure someone is in as all parcels need to be signed for.  We ask for an optional mobile phone number when you place an order in case we’re unable to deliver.

Trampoline & Swing Installation Service

 

We can only provide the Trampoline and Swing Installation service for Mainland UK addresses and this is dependant on the availably of our fitters.

Change of Delivery Address

 

We are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been placed, if you have an issue entering a different delivery address when placing your order please contact customer service who will be happy to assist.

 

Failed Deliveries

               

If a customer misses multiple attempted deliveries of their order and the item is returned back to ourselves as undelivered, we are happy to refund or resend the order, however there will be a charge of £30 to cover the attempted deliveries, return delivery and admin costs.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer Overseas delivery at this time.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Our returns policy lasts 14 days, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your goods to contact us if you wish to return the items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

You must contact us before returning an item, failure to do so may result in us being unable to process a refund. We take no responsibility for items that are returned without prior contact or authorisation from ourselves that are damaged or lost.

 

Once we have authorised the return you will receive an email from our returns team with your return number and instructions of what happens next. We allow 30 days from receipt of this email for the goods to arrive back into our warehouse, after this time refunds are done at our discretion and items that are sent back outside of this time frame or are returned without prior agreement may be refused and returned to sender which may result in you being liable for an extra charge from the couriers.  We do not refund orders until the returned item has been accepted and processed by our warehouse

If the returned item has been USED, DAMAGED or is not in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING we are unable to offer a full refund and there will be a 20% charge of the original purchase price to cover the fact we will no longer be able to resell the item for its full value.

 

Before returning your item, we suggest that you take photographs of the item and its packaging as a visual record of its condition. In the event of any damage caused in transit having a visual record of the condition of the item before it was sent will speed up the returns process and stop a returned item being refused due to damage.

 

We do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or contain flammable liquids or gases, please ensure that any products that require petrol have the tanks drained and the battery wire is disconnected in the case of battery powered items.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Please contact customer service before returning your item so that we are aware of the return, failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your refund.

 

If you are arranging the return yourself we recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. If we arrange the return there will be a charge that will cover the cost of the courier as well as an admin charge, this will be deducted from your refund, customer service will advise you of this charge before the return is arranged.

 

Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received and signed for by a member of our warehouse staff.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 working days, depending on your payment method.

 

Cancelling Orders

 

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched you must contact us immediately, if we are able to stop the orders dispatch you will be refunded in full.

 

Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Warehouse, orders will be subject to a returns charge plus an admin charge. Returns charges can vary depending on the size of the product and are determined by our courier company, you will be informed of this charge once we have confirmation that the item is on its way back to our warehouse and the charge will be deducted from the refund when it is issued.
